Payment

All courses or individual places on training courses booked with EC Safety Solutions Ltd are only guaranteed once payment has been received.  We cannot reserve places without payment.

All accounts are payable in full prior to the start of any course.  Course results will only be processed once full payment has been received. Results are processed within 5 working days of the course completion.
Should the payment not be received by this date your certification will not be sent until such a time that full payment is received. Payment can be made by PayPal and bank transfer.

Once payment is received confirmatory course joining instructions are issued.

Cancellations, Reschedules and Course Transfer Policy:

Although rare, from time to time, we may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Should a training  course be cancelled for any reason, you will be fully reimbursed of all course costs including VAT and card fees paid, unless an alternative date has been offered and accepted.

This is the full extent of the liability which EC Safety Solutions Ltd has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or rescheduled courses.

 All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by EC Safety Solutions Ltd. 

Course cancellations are subject to fees in accordance with the following table of charges:

Please note that course transfers may be subject to an administration fee in addition to any cancellation fee arising from the transfer (as detailed in table above).

If we are to incur any charges as a result of your transfer, these will be passed onto yourself.  Fees will be calculated on how much notice has been given, the duration and accreditation of the course          
and the individual training provider’s terms.

Delegates who fail to complete all parts of the course will not be eligible for any refund or free transfer, although exceptions may apply due to individual circumstances at our discretion.

In a situation where a course is run exclusively for a customer either at EC Safety Solutions Training centre or on a customer site or any other alternative venue – the same cancellation terms stipulated above will apply.

Course Content

EC Safety Solutions Ltd reserve the right to adjust the content of any course to reflect changes or new legislation. All course material, content and visual aids are copyright of EC Safety Solutions Ltd and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written permission of EC Safety Solutions Ltd

Safety

Delegates must follow the safety and security regulations in force at the premises where training takes place.

Behaviour

Delegates must always conduct themselves in a professional manner in the unlikely event that a delegate’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, dangerous or offensive the course instructor reserves the right to remove them from the course without refund.

Liability

EC Safety Solutions Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever whether in contract, tort, including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss or damage suffered by a customer arising from, or connected with, errors in any course material or incorrect or incomplete instruction or tuition given at a course.

Complaints

EC Safety Solutions Ltd aim to fully satisfy all your training requirements; but we recognise that there may be times when you may not be happy with our service provision or individual instructor. If your needs have not been addressed correctly at the point of delivery, we will treat your complaint seriously and professionally and would ask you to request our complaints procedure by emailing [email protected]
