Key Members

I am a proactive Health and Safety professional that established EC Safety Solutions Ltd in 2009. Being a Chartered Status Member of IOSH and a Full Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management amongst other senior professional accreditations. I am able to offer a wide range of experience in all aspects of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental issues within construction and large blue chip companies, providing cost effective sensible safety solutions and advice to the SME's and larger corporations. Through experience I have gained a comprehensive understanding of corporate requirements and constraints, with the added bonus of fully understanding the requirements under the CDM 2015 Regulations. In addition to this I am also able to plan and implement anti crime, loss of assets and terrorist threat and vulnerability assessments against your businesses, "as I am trained to a highest of standards for security operations".  I am also able to assist in the implementation of security operation procedures, inclusive of Emergency Preparations and First Response (ALL HAZARD PLANNING) plan safety/security arrangements and write and implement security response, action and emergency response plans, including the ones required for the preparation of event safety management and the    implementation of safety plans for the events.

Stephen Farren: GradIOSH: Operations Director

Stephen has recently joined the company and was until recently the Group Head of Health and Safety for the Hadlow Group, this includes covering Hadlow, West Kent and Ashford, Canterbury and Mottinghm College . He brings to the team a wealth of knowledge, paticually in the Education system, and an enthusiasm for delivering a first class service. Stephen will be the first port of call and is adept at problem solving. Steve will be on hand to deliver high level advice and where required specific training

Steve Waterman: TechIOSH: Training Director

Steve joined EC Safety Solutions as the Training Director. He has the background knowledge and experience of construction safety and safety training. He brings a wealth of construction experience to the team with the added advantage of being registered to deliver all safety training from the IOSH and CITB suite and he is further able to design company specific safety training courses. Steve has over 22 years experience in the construction industry and is highly experienced and adaptable to all given situations

Christine Willard: Systems Administrator

The systems administrator is responsible for managing the day to day running of the client portal and safety matrix, she will respond to your requirements and will be there to assist you in keeping your safety compliance documentation up to date through constant review and advice.

Numerous Safety Inspectors

Our safety inspectors are responsible for carrying out construction site inspections and office/corporate audits and inspections. We are not safety police, we are here to assist you find the safest way of managing safety in a cost effective way

Training Team

We have a bank of succesful experienced trainers delivering first aid, fire safety, construction safety and much much more.  Wherever possible we will desing all courses to be company specific
